Ready when you are

Build it once. Then just move.

HiInterval is a native interval timer for workouts that need more than one repeating beep. Build exact phases, side switches, recoveries, and rounds once. During training, the screen tells you only what matters now.

Early access

Everything is unlocked while HiInterval is being tested.

There are no workout limits and no purchase prompts in the early-access App Store build. Use it hard, find the rough edges, and tell us what should be better before paid access is introduced.

Built for actual training

The timer should disappear into the workout.

01

Exact plans

Warm-up, work, recovery, round recovery, cool-down, exercise-specific timing, and deterministic left/right phases live in reusable plans.

02

Glanceable cues

Work, recovery, switch, and round recovery use distinct full-screen colors. Spoken, tonal, haptic, and final-countdown cues keep your eyes off the phone.

03

Useful history

Sessions, total training time, streaks, workout details, plan reuse, and CSV export stay available without an account or cloud service.

Plan once

Reusable workouts, not disposable timers.

Pick a plan, edit every phase, and come back to exactly the same structure next time.

Recover

Color does the explaining.

One glance tells you whether to work, recover, switch sides, or breathe before the next round.

Round recovery

Long breaks look different too.

Round-level transitions are visually distinct, so there is less mental bookkeeping mid-session.

History

Keep the data you actually care about.

Completed sessions, duration and streaks are saved locally and can be exported as CSV.
