Reusable plans
Create a workout once and select it again from your plan library. Duplicate plans when you want a variation without rebuilding from scratch.
Capabilities
HiInterval handles the structure, transitions, cues, and record keeping so a complicated workout can feel simple while you are doing it.
Workout structure
Warm up, work, recover, switch sides, recover between rounds, then cool down. HiInterval expands your plan into a deterministic timeline and keeps it stable through pause, resume and skip.

Set warm-up, default work, recovery, round recovery and cool-down timing, then override individual exercises where needed.
Split an exercise into deterministic left and right work phases with a configurable switch interval between sides.
Selected rounds can differ from the default plan, making progressions and structured finishers possible without separate workouts.
The session engine uses elapsed time rather than chained sleep timers, reducing drift and keeping pause, resume and skip behavior predictable.
Optionally keep the display awake during training, or let the workout catch up when the app returns to the foreground.
Warm up
The session view shows total progress, remaining time and the next phase without crowding the main timer.
Side-aware work
When an exercise is split by side, the current side is explicit and the switch is part of the plan, not a mental note.
Cues and behavior
Choose tonal cues, spoken cues, or silence. Spoken cues can follow the device language or use English or German explicitly.
Optional haptic cues and a final three-second countdown make phase changes easier to anticipate without staring at the screen.
HiInterval can lower other audio while cues are playing, then let your music continue around the workout prompts.
History
Completed workouts record plan name, duration, rounds and exercises. HiInterval calculates session count, total training time and streaks, lets you reuse a past workout as a new plan, and exports history as CSV.
Pick weekdays and a time. Reminders use local iOS notifications and stay on the device.
The app can follow iOS appearance or stay explicitly light or dark.
One native SwiftUI app supports both device families, with a training layout designed to stay readable at a glance.
