Privacy

Your workout does not need a user profile.

HiInterval is designed to work without an account, analytics SDK, advertising identifier, or application backend. Plans, preferences, usage and training history stay on your device.

Current app behavior

Local first means local.

The current early-access App Store build persists HiInterval data in iOS local app storage. Its Apple privacy manifest declares no tracking and no collected data types.

Data stored on your device

HiInterval stores the workout plans you create, your selected plan, preferences, completed workout history, and local usage information needed for the future access model. This data is stored in the app's local iOS container.

No account, backend, or analytics

The app does not require sign-in. It does not send workout history to a HiInterval server, and the current codebase contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking service.

Notifications

If you enable workout reminders, HiInterval asks iOS for notification permission and schedules repeating notifications locally on the device. Reminder settings are kept in the app's local preferences.

Audio and haptics

Workout tones, spoken cues, haptics, music ducking, and countdown cues are device features used while your workout runs. HiInterval does not record microphone audio or upload cue activity.

History export

You can export workout history as CSV using the iOS share sheet. The destination is chosen by you. HiInterval itself does not automatically upload exported history anywhere.

Future purchases

Early access is free and currently has no purchase prompt. When paid unlimited access launches, purchases are planned through Apple's in-app purchase system. Apple processes the payment and may apply its own privacy terms to App Store transactions.

Deleting app data

Because HiInterval's data is local, deleting the app removes its local application data according to iOS behavior. Individual history entries and workout plans can also be managed inside the app.
